Alexandria Condos, at Western and Eagle in the Belltown neighborhood of Downtown Seattle, were converted from apartments to condos in 1991.  There are 79 units with a rooftop sunning deck, work out facilities, sauna, and a library/game room. The location can’t be beat – Alexandria is located across the street from the Olympic Sculpture Park. Worth checking out!
