It is a mixed use building consisting of  seven stories of office, street level retail, and four stories underground parking. It wasn’t always this way – originally it was a tower of luxury apartments. Today it offers its residents a secure garage parking, 24-hour concierge, an indoor pool, sauna, exercise facility, meeting room, lounge with kitchen, and three viewing decks with barbeques.
