There are 62 units in two 6-story mixed use buildings. The older building has two-story lofts with exposed brick, 14-20′ ceilings, and oak beams. The new building has traditional flats. The condos are 788 to 1580 sq feet and have elevator access, a tall 2-story lobby, a large courtyard open to the sky,  and a roof deck. The original building was built in 1914 and renovated in 2000.
