AVA Condos in Downtown Seattle On Hold

The proposed AVA Condos in Downtown Seattle are on hold. If built it will be a 120-room boutique hotel below 243 condos. The tower will be 39 stories and the residents will have full use of the hotel amenities: Outdoor heated-swimming pool terrace with cabanas, a Skybar, fitness club, spa, business center, housekeeping, valet parking, in-suite catering, and account privileges at the restaurant and bar.
1915 Second Avenue Condos in Downtown Seattle

The 1915 Second Avenue Condos are on the drawing board. This 24 story condominium building will be located in Downtown Seattle at Stewart and 2nd Avenue. The plans are for 175 condominium units with LEED Silver Certification.

The Ellington (see photos) Condos are located at 1st Avenue and Clay in the Belltown District of Downtown Seattle. This is a development that was built in 2001 and it has twin mixed-use towers, 12-stories each with retail on the ground floor. There are 204 condos consisting of studios, 1-bedrooms, and 2-bedrooms ranging in size from approximately 450 square feet to 1,400 square feet.
Amenties include a club room, terrace, excercise room, and 24-hour concierge service.
Equinox Condos in Downtown Seattle

Equinox condos are under construction on Lake Union in Downtown Seattle. Located at Eastlake Avenue and Garfield, Equinox has 204 condo units consisting of studios, one-, and two-bedroom condo units. Ranging in size from 500-1400 sf, the units are priced at $200,000 to $800,00 and feature slab granite countertops and stainless appliances. There is a 8,600 sf courtyard, an on-site fitness center, owner’s lounge, rooftop deck, and concierge services.
Anticipated completion is 2009.

1200 Stewart Condos and Hotel in Downtown Seattle

1200 Stewart (see photos) condos are planned for Denny Triangle in Downtown Seattle. The location will be at Denny Way and Stewart and features two 36-story towers. The project includes 160 condo units, a hotel, 55,000 square feet of commerical/retail space, and a 800 vehicle underground parking garage. The project is slated for completion in 2012.
