Belltown Lofts (see photos) are located at Western and Bell in the Belltown neighborhood of Downtown Seattle. There are 62 units in two 6-story mixed use buildings. The older building has two-story lofts with exposed brick, 14-20′ ceilings, and oak beams. The new building has traditional flats. The condos are 788 to 1580 sq feet and have elevator access, a tall 2-story lobby, a large courtyard open to the sky, and a roof deck. The original building was built in 1914 and renovated in 2000.

Florentine Lofts (see photos), at 1st Ave just west of Qwest Field in Pioneer Square, is a 5-story development with 116 loft condo units. This Downtown Seattle building was originally built in 1909 and was converted to loft condominiums in 1985.
