Equinox condos are under construction on Lake Union in Downtown Seattle. Located at Eastlake Avenue and Garfield, Equinox has 204 condo units consisting of studios, one-, and two-bedroom condo units. Ranging in size from 500-1400 sf, the units are priced at $200,000 to $800,00 and feature slab granite countertops and stainless appliances. There is a 8,600 sf courtyard, an on-site fitness center, owner’s lounge, rooftop deck, and concierge services.

Anticipated completion is 2009.
