People are looking forward to the opening of Club Cielo, a private club located on the second floor of the Escala, a 31-story condominium tower in Downtown Seattle. Escala residents are automatically enrolled in the club, but must pay a $175 monthly membership and spend at least $250 in the club each month. Members that are not Escala residents pay an initiation fee of $5,000, along with regular monthly fees.
