The Ellington (see photos) Condos in the Belltown District of Downtown Seattle were built in 2001 are located at 1st Avenue and Clay. These two twin mixed-use towers are 12-stories each and have retail on the ground floor. There are 204 condos consisting of studios, 1-bedrooms and 2-bedrooms. Approximate square footage ranges from 450 to 1,400 square feet. The Ellington has a club room, terrace, excercise room, and 24/7 concierge service.
