Trophy Tower in Downtown Seattle is Deliciously Creative Infill
Monday, September 29th, 2008Trophy Tower is urban infill at its best. A 440′ tower is planned on less than a 3,000 square foot parcel and each floor will be about 2,100 square feet. Visualize it! Just 2,100 square feet! Structurally, the tower will be supported by a 30’ hollow concrete spine, rooted 90’ deep in the ground.
The building will have 19 units. The lower units will begin at $2 million; upper penthouses, which consume two levels, will top out at $18 million.
