Belltown Lofts in Downtown SeattleBelltown Lofts  (see photos) are located at Western and Bell in the Belltown neighborhood of Downtown Seattle. There are 62 units in two 6-story mixed use buildings. The older building has two-story lofts with exposed brick, 14-20′ ceilings, and oak beams. The new building has traditional flats. The condos are 788 to 1580 sq feet and have elevator access, a tall 2-story lobby, a large courtyard open to the sky,  and a roof deck. The original building was built in 1914 and renovated in 2000.

80 S. Jackson Loft Condos in Downtown Seattle80 S. Jackson (see photos), otherwise known as the Jackson Building, is located in the Pioneer Square neighborhood of Downtown Seattle. This 5-story building is located at 1st Avenue and Jackson and features 27 loft units.  Built in 1900, the Jackson Building was renovated in 1984 and now has charming lofts that have exposed brick walls and high-ceilings.

The 6-story wood frame tower has large, comfortable floor plans with more conventional layouts, balconies and big windows. The 11-story concrete tower has lofts with very high ceilings and wall-to-wall/floor-to-ceiling glass. Many have exposed concrete columns visible.

The Klee Lofts, which were built in 2001, are located one block from the Olympic Sculpture Park and offer an outdoor courtyard with BBQs, media room, and fitness center for its residents.
