Have you seen the Four Seasons (see photos) lately? This hotel and condo building is in Downtown Seattle at Union and 1st Ave and features 36 private residence luxury condominium units on the 11th through 21st floors.  The condos range in size from 1,000 to 5,600 square feet and cost anywhere from $2 million to $10 million.  Luxury amenities include a 24-hour concierge, chauffeurs, spa treatment, arrival services, chefs, fitness center, business center, and a pool – and the list goes on and on…
